A Great Relief Amidst the Storm
ServiceMaster sent out a great team to pack up our house after we were impacted by Hurricane Beryl. It was a great relief having a good team who packed up 25 years of memories within 2 weeks in the sweltering Houston heat without any power. It was one less thing we had to worry about after dealing with the aftermath of our house being destroyed during the storm.

Prompt, professional, and fair pricing
We had water damage in our bathroom ceiling from a roof leak during what was a very heavy rainstorm. The Magnolia office came within the day, even though there was flooding in the area. They assessed and determined that there were no other affected areas. Three visits and some drying equipment and all done - well done. They were prompt, professional, and fair with their pricing. I'm not sure what ServiceMaster the '1 Star' reviewers used, but my experience with CDR Magnolia was '5 Star' all the way.
