Stuart from ServiceMaster was wonderful. The leak was fixed and then as they were testing it, flooded the house again, and Stuart came out and set his fans up and took them out when it was dry. After the plumber said it was fixed, I tried the shower to make sure but it failed and flooded for the third time. Out came Stuart on a Sunday to set up the fans again. Stuart was very professional and patient in all his work. He was personable and pleasant. I highly recommend Stuart and ServiceMaster.

He and his assistant Christian came out to our offices within hours of contacting ServiceMaster about a foul odor that was worsening with each day/hour in our front office. Obviously, Stuart knows what he’s doing, as he located and removed the culprit within minutes of their arrival. Not only did he eliminate the source, but he also disinfected the area, removed nearly all the stench, and then, he cleaned up the little bit of debris caused from removing a tile from the drop ceiling!
