The team from ServiceMaster was amazing, lead person Heather, Nate, and Bryan. They went beyond the call of duty. Heather even fixed a nail that was in my stack pipe that would have caused a major problem. Then they cleaned after another plumber who had left a total mess after he fixed my sewer pipe that had cracked up under the cement of my basement. They packed everything neatly and were very protective of my breakables. When they were finished there wasn't a drop of water anywhere. It never looked as if it had flooded. I have no idea how they finished everything in the time frame they had to work with. They were very thorough and easy to communicate with. They kept me updated step by step. They were very courteous and polite, were there on time every morning and worked diligently until they were finished. I highly recommend them; they are amazing.

I called Cody in the evening after discovering water damage from a cracked pipe, and he arrived at our house first thing in the morning. They went above and beyond
When our basement flooded after Hurricane Debbie rains, they quickly responded and came in to assist us within a few hours. The crews throughout the entire process were very helpful, friendly, kind, and reassuring that all would be okay. They went above and beyond to assist us since I have a brain injury and my husband has severe asthma. Unfortunately, our 1st floor was packed into the basement for first-floor remodeling; therefore, we had double the stuff in the basement. I never felt like we were just another job for them during both the removal and move-back-in process. During all the removal they carefully made sure no water would damage the new remodel upstairs. All debris was taken, and they cleaned up everything. When they finished, a great team carefully and quickly placed all items where we needed them from the pods in the driveway and swept the pods to ready them for pickup. In addition, the billing staff was also attentive and assured that all information was forwarded correctly to the insurance quickly.
