Our experience could not have been better
We discovered flooding in our living room during the heavy rains a couple of days before Christmas. We called Juan Cisneros at ServiceMaster. (Five or six years ago, he had led a team that helped us with another water damage problem.) He came to our house very quickly, which is important when there is ongoing water damage. Like before, Juan was professional and thorough, and solved the problem. He has deep knowledge and experience, and he patiently answered my many questions. They were informative, covered items, and moved things in a systematic and organized manner that helped my family to move about during the process. We had a pipe burst in the laundry room that resulted in ruining our wood floors. We picked Service Master by T A Russell for the reconstruction and I’m so glad we did. Because they could not match the existing flooring to repair the damaged flooring, we had to have all our furniture moved out and the entire first floor flooring replaced. Our Reconstruction Manager was Paulo Ruiz. I can’t say enough good things about him. He made this nightmare of putting our house back together tolerable. The reconstruction crews had to repair and repaint walls damaged by the water, lay the new flooring, and replace the baseboard. Carlos was our main repair man, and he did a beautiful job repairing our home. Paulo kept in constant contact with me informing me of what was going to be done each day. If I had a question or a problem, he was only a text away and responded quickly. Paulo deserves 5 stars of his own. If I ever have to repair my home again (let’s hope not!) I will definitely use this company and make sure that I get Paulo Ruiz as my Reconstruction Manager. Thank you, Paulo!

Very Impressed with ServiceMaster
We were very impressed with ServiceMaster on how they took care of our emergency problem while we were away on a vacation in Europe. After they were called by our Farmers Insurance, they responded very quickly. The flooding that took place in our house from the upstairs bathroom had put water everywhere in our master bedroom, which quickly went through the floor and downstairs. They came and removed the water. They placed industrial fans all over to dry the place. They proceeded to move our furniture out of the house, including all items inside the china cabinet, inside bedroom chest of drawers, kitchen cabinets, and all other affected areas. They packed everything and put everything into storage. While the restoration work was going on, they tracked the progress and made visits to our home. When the restoration was completed, they brought everything back and placed each item in its original place. We are very impressed with the professionalism of their personnel and how they took care of everything in our absence. We are very grateful for the work they did, and we highly recommend ServiceMaster to anyone in need.
