Damage was extensive
We experienced a serious 2nd floor water leak in our family small cape cod house. It was a few days before it was discovered, so the damage was extensive. We chose Service Master at the recommendation of our insurance company. Service Master has completed the initial mitigation and are currently working on a restoration estimate. They have been very helpful in walking us through the process, explaining each step as we go. They did a good job of cleaning up the place, and we look forward to working with them on the final restoration work.

More impressively, they were able to interpret an insurance adjuster that refused to speak in plain English. The affected area was sealed with plastic to protect the rest of my house, all wet drywall, flooring, etc. was removed, and then proper equipment was set up. This company has been very efficient and prompt with all services. We had our house hit by a tree and they arrived next day to board and tarp and remove the tree from the roof. They have made this process much easier to manage. There was water damage and mold, as well as structural damage. Really great experience. They came in quickly after a water leak in my house (within less than 24 hr). All damaged materials were removed and machines were put in to dry out the house. Within a couple of days, all water was gone and I was ready for restoration services. Can't say enough how great the staff were. Jeff, Geoff, and Javier to name a few. Really communicative, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. The guys stayed until very late to get the demo part of the job done in one day for us.

Outstanding Customer Service
ServiceMaster by Singer was my choice to do remediation and repairs after a house fire, largely because of the proactive way Ryan Walter, their representative, spoke to me, advised and informed me the day after the fire. When the original company my insurance adjuster recommended failed to act, I called Ryan in desperation. He went to Home Depot, got the necessary materials, and came to board up my house late at night, in the dark. Early the next morning, he was back with electricians to turn my electricity back on. How can you not be impressed by such outstanding customer service? Since then, they have cleaned out the entire contents of my house to put into storage, cleaned and restored clothing, cleaned the entire house once to prepare for repairs, gutted 2 rooms ruined by fire, repaired those rooms, replaced windows, remediated water damage done by the fire department, replaced siding, painted the entire house, re-insulated the entire attic of my house, and are now preparing to replace flooring and complete a final clean-up. Just like Ryan, everyone I have dealt with at ServiceMaster by Singer has been polite, respectful of my belongings and my feelings, efficient, and honestly hard-working. They've turned an otherwise terrible experience into a pleasant working relationship, and it all started with Ryan.
