It's very admirable to see individuals go out of their way to perform an outstanding job. Not only did they complete their job, thoroughly and timely, but they also uncovered an issue with our air ducts that we were unaware of that was causing our electric bill to be doubled even after HVAC companies had been hired to look into. This company is wonderful! Came home to water all over the kitchen and living room at 6 p.m. on a Friday. Jordan was at our house in 20 minutes to assess the damage. In less than 30 minutes, he had his team at our house cleaning the mess up. Jordan handled the insurance, restored our home to better than it was before the damage. So pleased with the quick response, great workmanship, great team, Jordan and Service Masters! Jordan made sure we were happy with the restoration. This company cares.

Jordan, Erin, and their whole crew went above and beyond to help us get through a water leak that basically required our whole first floor to be redone. We had never gone through a home claim before, and they helped us know what steps to take with insurance, and they got the work done so well. If I could give Erin, Jordan, and their team INFINITE stars, I would. We had major pipes burst under our home, causing a flooded finished basement. A basement that had 3 bedrooms, including our newly born baby's nursery. Due to our insurance taking so long to get things going, mold began to grow. We were finally put in touch with the owner Erin, and she went right to work. Because of the mold, we had to move out of our house for 8 weeks. Erin did everything in her power to get us back home as quickly but as safely as she could. She returns calls, explains everything, and checks in. When Erin isn't available, her General Manager Jordan does the EXACT SAME THING. When I tell you to look no further, I absolutely mean it. This company is top notch, and I will recommend it to everyone that will listen to me. From top to bottom, they have been nothing but amazing. I'm honestly kinda sad their work is done, because that means we won't be talking anymore! Thank you Erin, Jordan, and EVERYONE who helped get us through this. You have made this incredibly difficult process easier to manage. We are eternally grateful to you.

The Marion ServiceMaster did a great job on a ceiling repair with water damage at my elderly mother’s house. The work performed was of very high quality. I was really impressed with the efficiency of the ServiceMaster employees from start to finish. They communicated very well throughout the job. They handled the communication needed with the insurance company to assure the work performed was covered by my mother’s homeowners policy. They also took the extra time needed to explain the process to my mother who suffers from early dementia. Their kindness and empathy with her was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend the Marion ServiceMaster for any restoration needs.

If there was a way to give a business ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (six stars), or even more, I would give that rating here. My wife and I were dealing with a nightmare situation. We bought a defective dishwasher, which destroyed the hardwood floor in our kitchen. The manufacturer belligerently gave us the runaround for nine months. We had everything ready and waiting… but nothing. Through that time, we touched base with the ServiceMaster team to let them know we weren’t ghosting them. They were kind and patient. Finally, we gave up and filed a homeowner’s claim, and Jordan and Erin were able to work with State Farm to get them everything they needed. They were patient with us and, when we were really unsure of what flooring to go with, dropped off two different rounds of samples. Finally, with everything set up, the installers came and demo’d everything and started laying the new floor on Monday—finishing early Tuesday afternoon. We are blown away. Not only has everyone from ServiceMaster been friendly, they literally make us feel like family. These are people you should want to do business with. Their flooring people? Fantastic! They showed such care in everything that they did and worked to lessen the disruption caused by having flooring put in while I was working downstairs. Not only were they a pleasure to deal with, but I have a deep sense of respect for their work ethic. In closing, my wife and I are profoundly grateful to the entire ServiceMaster family. We already have other jobs that we need to have done that we are getting estimates on. You will NOT be disappointed!
