I am not one who engages in social media or reviews, but I simply must post about the wonderful experience I had with ServiceMaster after a recent leak from a balcony above my home. One phone call to Monique, and I knew it was going to be handled with professionalism and empathy. Rene responded and was able to demystify the entire process and reassure us. Luis and Claudio removed the ceiling and placed the equipment, sealing everything off and showing respect and concern for our home. The entire experience was made bearable by these professionals. I can recommend them without reservation, and am thankful for their expertise.

Very good company for your mitigation/restoration needs. Rene helped me and came to my house the same day for evaluation and gave me an estimated cost. Very good communication. They are also the preferred company by my insurance, so billing gets charged directly to my insurance, which is a plus.

Service Master did an extraordinary job on the restoration and repair to my home after a pipe burst flooding the bathroom, adjacent bedroom, and garage. My first point of contact was Ryan Clary, the project manager and coordinator. Ryan guided me through the plan from start to finish and was available anytime I called with answers to my many questions and concerns. Ryan, I appreciate you so very much! Thank you, thank you. Renee Panlagua did the restoration, cutting drywall, removing baseboards, carpet, furniture, and properly drying out all which was necessary. He was extremely respectful of my home keeping it so clean. Once finished with the restoration, Patrick Tillich was my project manager and estimator for all the repairs. Patrick was so professional and also available to guide me through each step, all along giving me assurance my home was in extremely capable hands. His tradesmen are extremely talented and did a phenomenal job at the drywall repair, texturing of the walls, installing new specialized base moldings, plumbing, and paint. Patrick, thank you!!! My home is finished and looks just beautiful all thanks to Ryan, Patrick, Renee, and Service Master.
