All in all, we felt SM did a great job
We had severe water damage on the lower level of our home last summer. SM came out the next day and first tagged and removed all of our personal property to clean and dry what could be saved. The only complaint we had was descriptions could have been a bit more complete. Then came the removal of carpet and drywall, which they did promptly. By the end of the second day, they had over 30 drying machines to remove all the moisture in the house. It took a week or so to achieve that, but no residual dampness or smell remained. We contracted with them for the repairs to the structure. They were prompt with the repairs, and their contractors did a great job. Our only issue during this process was they had difficulty getting their plumbers out to repair the water lines, so we were without water for the better part of 3 weeks—not fun! Once repairs were completed, they returned all of our salvageable personal property, cleaned and like new. They were also very helpful with notifying our insurance company of all non-salvageable items. There were a few items we felt should have been discarded, and they immediately added them to the insurance list. They were always easy to contact and returned all calls promptly. All in all, we felt SM did a great job and would highly recommend their service.

I hadn't been in my unattached studio in months due to snow piled up in front over the winter. Imagine my horror to find dark mold at the top of one wall where it met the ceiling! Called many mold mitigation companies, but only one responded. Thankfully, it was the right company. Sean sent his mold inspector Jacob out to assess, who discovered a few holes in the roof where it met that wall. He found water behind the drywall. Turned out that the entire wall and part of the roof needed to be replaced. That team worked quickly and efficiently. Another team came out and replaced the drywall. Wow!
Finally, another team removed all of my many frames, canvases, paints, easels, old paintings, etc. to a storage trailer, painted the entire studio, and when dry, carefully returned all of the stuff and took with them the plastic covers and debris. I am truly grateful to have had this company come when others wouldn't, and then to have them do such a spectacular job. Amazing! Would highly recommend ServiceMaster by Fuson to anyone and everyone.

Excellent service! I recently had ServiceMaster Restore come out to our house after our washer flooded a third of our basement. I called them late in the evening, and I was really impressed with how nice and respectful they were. We were thinking that we would have to make an insurance claim, but after Sean came out to do a free inspection it turned out we didn’t have to. They didn't push any services on us, and just told us it would dry out on its own. I cannot stress enough how highly I recommend them for their professionalism and understanding during a stressful situation!
