5/4/25: Flooding rain, like we have never experienced in the last 26 years. Our sump pumps were running constantly while I vacuumed the basement until the rain subsided. 5/15/25: The rain returned with a vengeance. I couldn’t keep up with my wet dry vacuum. My sewage extractor was the only way to dump the water and it FAILED. It flowed out sewage and the rain water spilled out into my basement. I called Best ServiceMaster and they responded immediately. They were backed up with calls, but sent a technician out to assess the damage. He was a pro and told us exactly what was needed. They returned and removed the damage, cleaned everything, and consulted us about any follow-up. We are so grateful for this excellent service. I highly recommend them. Definitely the BEST restoration service in Wichita.
