Perfectly Wrapped Like Christmas Presents
Yesterday was a tough day with our pack out, but Andrew Flores and his crew made it as comfortable as possible. Virgie, Lisa, Maria, Jayden, Arnold, and Andrew came in, noticed what needed to be done and got to work. At the end of the day the house was empty and the green box was full. Looking in the box, I couldn't notice what piece of furniture was what because they were all perfectly wrapped like Christmas presents. These six employees took care of our items like we wanted them to, professionally. I greatly appreciate their hard work and great attitudes. I hope they are back to unload the green box when the project is completed. Thank you.

The team from ServiceMaster went above and beyond to make my very unfortunate situation as comfortable as possible. Theresa, Jayden, Lisa, Brayan, and Andrea treated every inch of my home with extreme care and never once failed to make me feel at ease. They were very friendly and kind, diligent, and extremely hard-working. I figured the completion would be a week, yeah, it took this crew two days. They were very informative on where things were, and they never once made me feel like any of this inconvenience was an inconvenience to them. Again, I cannot stress enough how friendly this crew was, and that goes a long way during difficult times. I would absolutely recommend them to anybody going through a loss.

Their crew came to pack up my house. Virgie went over the paperwork, explained what was going to be done, and asked what my concerns were. She and her crew wrapped everything up better than the original store packaging and were quick, as I had time issues.
