The end results were fantastic!
After 38 years of living in a 70+ year old house, it was time to call in the experts – ServiceMaster to recreate our bathroom. We are the typical homeowners who fix things as we go along to keep our home up to date. However, the bathroom was just more than we could handle. This was one of the last rooms to be redone in the house. We dreaded doing it as we knew it was an overwhelming job. However, we did not want to continue living with the retro cranberry and flesh colored tiles of the 1950’s.
We had ServiceMaster come to the house and redo the entire room. They replaced the arched wall on the shower and extended the ceiling to meet the rest of the room. They took out the tile, tub, toilet, mirror, etc. The end result was a beautiful shower, vanity, mirror, toilet and tile throughout the room. As you can see from the before and after pictures, it doesn’t even seem like the same room.
A big thanks goes to the ServiceMaster employees – John, Jeff, Bret, Ryan, Mikey, Kevin, and Kevin. This team was safe, thorough, efficient, careful, and clean in their approach to this project. There was never a mess and my house stayed clean. The end results were fantastic! I now have a quality looking bathroom worthy of visitors – it could be said – it is the best looking room in the house!
I would highly recommend ServiceMaster for any project. I know I will continue to call on them for my house issues.

My building was flooded in July. The inside and everything in it was destroyed. I had a company from out of town out when it originally happened. “Out of town” company was inefficient and lacked urgency. It’s hard to believe in a tragic time I had to cut ties with a cleanup crew. “Out of town” had to go. ServiceMaster in Reading came highly recommended. Skip and crew are top professionals. Not just a good company, professionals! He found a way to fit me in. The crew had a specific plan. They worked from the top down systematically. They were diligent in the brutal heat of July 2023. This is how a professional handles customers. Too bad Skip doesn’t run the cable company. I appreciate your help with everything.

When I discovered that we had a significant amount of mold in a wood-paneled spare bedroom, I was quite upset. As a realtor, I had had some experience with mold removal contractors who take advantage of worried homeowners. I didn't need to worry with ServiceMaster Restore AC. They recommended a course of action that got rid of the mold, cleaned our belongings, and most importantly, located the source of the problem. Everyone on the demolition and cleaning crews was friendly, professional, and careful with our furniture and other things. They arrived promptly, and the project moved along quickly. Throughout the project, Skip gave me a lot of information about mold and how to prevent it in the future. He found the source of the water infiltration so that we could fix it. I cannot say enough good things about this company! Gerard and his team assisted me right away when I had a leak in my house from my toilet causing water damage from the second floor to the basement. They helped answer all of my questions, were polite and professional but still 'down to earth' and able to joke around. They were very thorough in their inspections, making sure not to miss anything. Something I found specifically helpful was that they work closely with my insurance company, taking me out of the equation as the middleman, which made dealing with the situation a lot easier. Hoping I never have to need their assistance again lol, but if so 10/10 would recommend!
