ServiceMaster got the job done
Fantastic job in drying out wet floors due to leaking refrigerator hose leading to our ice maker. Had to remove 2 layers of flooring, one being linoleum and the other being the dreaded ceramic tile. A lot of work removing that. Then about 8 fans to dry things out, including the subflooring. But ServiceMaster got the job done with hard work by very friendly people, especially Hunter!

After someone commented that the company did plumbing work in Aberdeen, we gave them a call. The plumber Joe showed up in 6 minutes. We live in an old church compound and had a major toilet backup that had been intermittently backing up. Joe solved the problem in 2 hours flat! Woke up Friday morning to wet hardwood floors in kitchen area, was able to turn off the source and call Service Masters 1st Choice. Within a couple of hours, Cliff arrived and started surveying the damage. He called his crew and went to work. They removed the damaged wood flooring, and set up the fans and dehumidifier. Cliff returned daily to check for dampness until the subfloors were dry. They did a fantastic job.

Professional and Thorough Service
I had both of my kitchen sinks stopped up, and if you cook, which we all must do, that's an emergency! It was 4:20 pm. The business answered the phone on the second ring! The couple came out on an emergency basis within 20 minutes. They were SO nice! Very professional and thorough. Even inspected the plumbing in the basement. Explained the problem and got it fixed quickly. Even gave me some tips to keep it from happening again! If I ever have another problem, I will certainly call Service Master!

Had a pipe burst under my house in January, and they sent their plumber, Joe, out to fix it. He fixed it within a few days when it was hard to get a plumber, as multiple people were also dealing with a deep freeze. Then, a few months later, I had a clogged main sewer line, and they sent their plumber within a few hours of being notified. Both times, they were professional, and I would totally recommend them for all your restoration needs.

A Waterfall from a Kitchen Light
I had a major leak in my upstairs bathroom, which led to a waterfall coming out of a kitchen light onto my hardwood floor. After calling Ryan Hite, my Farmers agent, Jacobi and Die arrived with their equipment within 4 hours. "I live 2 hours from their shop." They were kind and courteous, showed and explained to me what they were doing, and they cleaned up after themselves. There were 7 rooms that had damage as a result of the leak. Jacobi and Die called every morning by 8:00 am to let me know they were on their way. Cliff came to remove the last of the equipment and went out of his way to assure me the company would follow through and take care of any needs that might come up in the future. Jacobi, Die, and Cliff made this watery experience tolerable.

These guys, headed by Randall Hunter, were responsive, professional, and easy to deal with. I had a freak flood in my kitchen. I called, and the mitigation team arrived that afternoon. They knew the importance of getting right on top of things. As a result, they prevented mold from forming and saved a lot of the flooring that would have been unrepairable otherwise.
