What a sweet, kind human being he is
I live in Conway, SC and, as you may or may not know, some houses, when they were built, instead of making a little extra room, they put the hot water tanks in the ceiling... which is where mine is. Well, it leaked out of the pan under it, and I have water damage to ceiling, walls & base boards, cabinets, flooring & carpet. It's a mess.

I called the Charleston office on Saturday, Aug. 23rd. They said Jason from Myrtle Beach would be calling me, and he called very promptly. He came to our home within an hour or two. He came or called every day from that time to Saturday, August 30. We had extensive damage that totally overwhelmed me. Jason was very professional and confident of what he was doing. He explained everything to me in a language I could understand. He earned my complete trust almost immediately.
