We bought a house that had a bad smell; we had no clue what it was. He came out and did some checks and got it! What a great job. He told us some things to keep an eye on. He had checked for mold a few weeks back because of an AC drain leak. He double-checked it while he was here, and it had dried out since we fixed it! Just did what was needed and if it was not good to go later we would go to the next step. A big thanks to him and the company! I would give 10 stars!

I called for service, Phillip and Yamexis were at the house within a couple of hours (even though it was after 5 p.m.). Phillip was great at communicating and always showed up when he said he would (like within 30 minutes, not the 8-hour window some companies give you). ServiceMaster not only answered our call late on a Sunday night but immediately came out and stayed until 1:30am trying to help us dry out our home after a broken water heater flooded it. Isaiah, Darryl, and Jet did exceptional work drying out walls and removing flooded carpet and tile. They showed up on time and always called in advance to let us know they were on the way. Tracy did an awesome job overseeing the whole project, working with our insurance company and troubleshooting how to dry out areas that were difficult to get dry. I can’t recommend this company enough.
