I had a major sudden water leak at the house. I called them, and they came out immediately. I live in the big country, and they made it in record time. Began the drying process and water mitigation that night. They went to great lengths to prevent any further damage, provide moral support, and as much physical comfort within the home so we were not displaced that night. Jonathan has gone above and beyond the realm of good customer service. He not only went the extra mile but rather more like a marathon. He and the team have done an outstanding job, making this incredibly stressful situation manageable. I'd like to recognize Lori, Brandon, Joseph, and Mark for all being professional and providing excellent customer service. I am extremely pleased with this company. What a pleasure to deal with such professional and pleasant young men. I have had lots of pets over the years. They bring dirt and fur in the doggie door. I suspected my ductwork might be really filthy. I talked to Andy at ServiceMaster and made an appointment.
Andy, Zach, and Joseph arrived on time, started with introductions and a handshake, and then set to work. They explained the process, took time to set up the equipment, and then quickly and quietly moved through the entire house. They answered all my questions, showed me the difference between the dirty ducts (Yuk) and the finished product, and then cleaned all the duct covers front and back, replaced them, and cleaned up under those vents.
I highly recommend this very professional team if you need the dirt and pet hair removed from your ductwork!

We were awakened at 3:15 a.m. by a water pipe break in an interior wall that flooded our bedroom, closets, hall, and 2 other bedrooms. We called Servicemaster A-Town Hi Tech at 3:45 a.m. for service. Phillip and his crew were at our house within the hour and got to work. The crew had the water up, drying fans and dehumidifier in place, and gone by 6:30 a.m. They also took our area rug with them for cleaning and proper drying. Jonathan and another employee (I didn't catch her name) came by daily for the next week to check the drying process. We can't say enough about the excellent service we received.

Let me tell you!! Andy Peters is unbelievable. He explained everything so well to us and helped me so much with all my anxiety about having potential mold in my house. He said that everything was good. It helped me out so much. He wanted to help every day, but it was during Christmas and New Year and my insurance didn't want to pay him to come out those two days. He said he would anyways. Of course, we said no! That's family time. But he came the next day early to make sure we were still doing great! He was just great, even the dog loved him. ServiceMaster was a lifesaver. Standing in a puddle of water throughout my entire home and wondering what to do first, I was able to find this company online who work 24 hrs. It was an after hour call and within 15 mins they had a team here helping to remove the 1/4 water covering my floors. They were professional and accommodating and made the overall experience less stressful than I anticipated. They promptly set up air movers throughout the house and dehumidifiers to begin the drying process. Within a few days, my house was back to normal. Ed and Phillip were fantastic and easy to get in contact with whenever I had questions. I hope I never have a water line burst on me again, but if I do, I will be calling them.
